The Cross Maker

Salvation Testimony : I was 34 years old when I was saved and became a Christian. I knew about Jesus and the cross at an early age. I knew in my own heart then that I had rejected the gospel message of the cross, God’s love gift, by sending His own Son Jesus Christ to shed His blood and die on the cross for the payment of my sin. Jesus then rose the third day and ascended into heaven to the right hand of God on the throne. On April 15th, 1990, I understood by the preaching of the Gospel Message and the conviction of the Holy Spirit that I was a lost sinner that needed to be forgiven and saved from the eternal judgment of God in Hell. That day I believed by faith in the gospel of the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross that paid the eternal penalty for all my sins, and His resurrection from the dead that gives me hope and assurance of my future resurrection of eternal life in Heaven. From that very day my desire immediately was to begin reading and obeying God's word and praying as well as telling others about my salvation experience with Jesus Christ, and their need to believe in Jesus themselves. I began attending a Christian Church to worship and fellowship with other Christians of like faith. Every day has been lived with that eternal blessed hope of assurance that when my life ends on this earth, I will then also live eternally in Heaven with Jesus and all who have and will put their faith and trust in Him. Thank you God for loving me and saving me, my Lord and my Savior.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

The Gospel Message

Cry out to God today who loves you. No one is guaranteed tomorrow. God is close to you. Believe the truth of His word to be forgiven of your sins, avoid eternal judgement in hell, and inherit eternal life in heaven.

Acts 17: 27 So that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us.

1 Corinthians 15: 3 - 4 { The Gospel } That Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.

Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 6:23  For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

John 8:24 Jesus said, Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins."

Acts 10:43 Whoever believes in Jesus Christ will receive the forgiveness of sins

Matthew 10:28 Jesus said, "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

John 3:16 Jesus said, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

2 Corinthians 6:2 For God says, "In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you. Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Romans 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

After Believing

Tell someone about your new faith in Jesus Christ. Be baptized. Spend time in God's word and prayer daily. Gather together for fellowship with other believers.

Contending For The Faith

The greatest book every written is the Word of God, the Scriptures, where God completely controlled the mind and spirit of man as they spoke and wrote down the absolute truth of the Word of God. The Word of God teaches us about God, how He interacted with previous generations, with present generations and with all future generations. The Word of God is truth to live by and the way to receive the forgiveness of sins and eternal life in heaven through faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

2 Peter 1:20-21 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, or prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

John 1: 1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shine in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
Jude 1:3 Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
1 Peter 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;
2 Corinthians 10:4-6 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

We must defend and contend for the Christian faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior at all costs.

Protecting Life

Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward.

Abortion must be made illegal. Abortion is the killing of innocent life ending a woman's pregnancy, the fruit of the womb made in the image of God.

Most abortions happen when women are threatened by the father or parents to have the abortion. The majority of women who are being forced, do not wake up that day and say I am looking forward to having an abortion. What they are saying this is wrong and this not my will, but the threats have overwhelmed me. The woman should secretly contact the police for protection against those threating her. The woman should consider all options to save the the baby's life. When abortions are made illegal then the threats will be less and there will be no more need for abortion facilities. Just hospitals whose main goal is to save life at all cost. Having the baby or giving the baby up for adoption are the two best options. The life of the mother being in danger of not having an abortion is extremely rare because modern medicine can treat the mother and baby at the same time if there are complications in almost all cases.

In the United States, The Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights declares that everyone from the baby in the womb to the oldest person on earth have their God given right to life. Only when one commits murder against someone else that their life can be ended early. Congress and the President must do their job to faithfully execute the laws of the United States founding documents, or face impeachment. Congress would have to pass a bill to make abortion illegal except for extremely rare medical complications of the pregnancy and that all abortion practices must be closed or owners will be arrested. The bill would have to be signed by the president into law.

The Body of Christ, the Church, must not be silent while helpless babies in the womb are being killed every day. Every baby no matter what country their mother and father live in is a child made in the image of God, and have the right to life. Mothers and fathers are stewards of their God given children.

Marriage And Family

Genesis 1:26-28 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God, He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
Matthew 19:4-6 And Jesus answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female and said, for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
God has not changed His mind about traditional marriage, one man and one woman, and the traditional family, one man and one woman with children since the beginning of time. God ordained it when Adam the first man and Eve the first woman were married in the presence of God. God made Adam and Eve in such a way that they could come together sexually, and a baby could be formed in the mother's womb until the baby is born into the world. Truly a miracle from God. This is how the earth was populated. Families then began to fill the earth as God commanded.

Easter

Remembering the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Luke 24: 1-7 Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they, and certain other women with them, came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. But they found the stone rolled away from the tomb. Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.’

Christmas

Remembering the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Luke 2: 8 - 14 Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!
